surprised by south pier stay

friendly staff easy check in

the staff was very friendly and quick check in was easy i found a lovely room with a nice comfortable bed i would certainly stay again. the room was really clean also the location is ideal close to town and pubs.

the room we were in for the first two nights had a window i couldn't close properly it was a bit nippy but nothing to stress about.

the hotel is approximately five minutes walk from the south pier, a location i found very convenient. it is also near pubs and the town centre i explored. the check-in process was quick and easy.

Check in was straightforward. The receptionist was very polite. LOCATION suited my needs because it was near facilities. I had tea and coffee in my room. This was helpful for early mornings.

The room had a comfortable bed and was quite clean. It was good value. A staff member was very helpful. He assisted me when I booked the incorrect dates. The TV and WiFi worked perfectly throughout my visit. I found the room to be quiet at night.

easy check pleasant guy hot water shower cubicle

Check in was quite easy. The guy on reception seemed pleasant and i liked it. The location is handy for the center of town. There was tea and coffee in the room even if I didn't use it.

The room smelled of smoke. there was no hot water coming out of the tap, so I couldn't enjoy a proper wash. No cold water came from shower, so it was scolding hot. The shower cubicle leaked water.

friendly staff coffee tea clean towels broken light dripping shower single towel

the voice message checking if everything was okay was a nice touch. the staff was friendly! the room had tea, coffee, milk, and sugar provided for me. clean towels and soap were available too!!!

the light switch was broken, and it was sparking, i was a bit worried! the shower dripped all night, quite annoying. i found only one towel in the room, which wasn't enough.
